Chicken Pasta Recipe

  • 1 lb chicken cubed
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 package of Penne Pasta
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package of frozen veggies (your favorite)
  • 1 galic clove, minced
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken (or whichever flavor you prefer)
  • Dash of seasonings:
    • cumin
    • paprika
    • cayenne
    • sea salt
    • pepper
    • garlic powder
    • 21 seasonings (from Trader Joes)
    • crushed black peppercorns


  1. Cut your chicken into cubes.
  2. Warm a deep pan with olive oil.
  3. Add chicken to pan on medium/low heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Bring a pot of water to boil, then add pasta. Cook for 10-12 mins or until pasta desired texture.
  5. Add onion, garlic and seasonings to chicken.
  6. Once chicken is 90% cooked, add cooked veggies, and set temp to low.
  7. Drain pasta and set aside.
  8. Add can of cream of chicken and stir.
  9. Gradually add milk, while stirring.
  10. Add pasta to chicken pan and mix together.
  11. Let simmer for 10 mins.
  12. Add crushed peppercorns to pasta and mix.
  13. Serve and enjoy.
