Blueberry Smoothie | Clean Eats


Ingredients
1 oz rolled oats 

3/4 cup frozen blueberries 

1 cup of almond or coconut milk

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp flax seed

Method

1. Layer spinach, blueberries, yogurt, oats, seeds in a blender and blend well.

2. Pour into a glass or shaker and enjoy!
