Chicken Pita 


Ingredients

  • 1/2 Whole wheat pita
  • Handful organic arugula
  • Grilled Chicken strips (~ 6 pieces)
  • 1/2 Avocado slices
  • 2 tbsp Eggplant garlic spread with sweet red peppers (Trader Joes)

Method

  1. Fill 1/2 pita with chicken strips & eggplant sauce.
  2. Place in toaster oven or in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until chicken is warm and pita is toasted.
  3. Add remaining ingredients into pita.
  4. Enjoy!
