Spring 2016 Lookbook | Bohemian Festival Style

Hi lovelies,

Spring is here and which means that Festival Season is upon us! For those of you going to coachella or stagecoach or just really love the Boho style like I do this Spring  Lookbook may bring you some inspiration when deciding on what to wear.

Every season I tend to have a particular color that I am drawn to and this season it seems to be shades of blue, if I had to pick just one shade it would definitely be Periwinkle, I absolutely love that color so much! Sometimes you can love a color but hate the way it looks in clothing pieces but I do not feel that way at all when it comes to Periwinkle. You could cover me head to toe in it and I would still want more. I even got the color it painted on my toenails today so when I say covered head to toe I mean it literally! Haha!

I picked out all the clothes from Lulus.com. If you never shopped with them before they have really affordable clothes and accessories that are good quality. I love shopping on their site when I want to purchase the latest trends! Having a new baby makes it difficult to get out of the house and heading to the mall to shop is such a task that I would rather shop from the comfort of my couch where I can take a break to nurse or change a diaper and then continue without the hassle of finding a place to rest among a ton of shoppers. Lulu’s also provides a free return shipping label if you return their pieces within 10 days which makes it super easy to buy pieces and try them on and see if they work for you without the worry of having to pay out of pocket if they don’t fit or look the way you hoped. This is super helpful to me since I have not lost all my baby weight so shopping for clothes leaves me slightly out of my element when trying to determine what size to purchase. My body has gone through some major changes and I am no longer the same size I was pre-pregnancy.

The absolutely loved all the pieces that I chose, sadly they did not all fit me but I was able to try them on for you to give you an idea of how they look on!

My 50 shades of blue clothing selections!
Below are a couple of the clothing items I chose but you can view everything I purchased by watching my Spring Lookbook on my YouTube channel that I will post the link to below, as well!

I absolutely love this shirt! It looks as if a linen and chambray shirt got together and had a baby! This was definitely my favorite item that I got! It’s so lightweight and creates such a polished look even over some boyfriend jeans like the ones I’m wearing.

This floppy hat is so perfect for the Spring sunshine and it’s neutral brown and tan colors makes it simple to accessorize with any outfit.

This was my favorite piece among  the selection of dresses. The halter top made the dress very flattering to my arms which they usually just accent my front arm fat but this cut was very discreet and covered that problem area. Also who can ignore the gorgeous color!

I loved this bodysuit so much and was so devistated that it was too small  for me. I bought it in a size large but breastfeeding has taken my boobs to a whole new level of ginormous and as you can see they are busting out of this top. I wish Lulus had XL clothing because I wanted this top in such a bad way! It was so velvety soft and the lace detail was so cute!

I absolutely love the print of this dress and think the cut is so flattering! The peek-a-boo slit down the front of the chest is such a cute way to be sexy with also leaving something to the imagination!

This was such a pretty flowy lightweight dress that could be such a cute look for a Spring wedding or to wear out with heels for some dinner and cocktails. It can also be worn more casual by pairing it with some cute sandals like I did above. Moms that have the energy to wear heels I give props to because I am not there yet!

I loved the texture and color of this top so much I got it in two different lengths, this cropped version above as well as a longer one with side slits that made tying a front knot very simple.

Here is the full length video below so you can see all the clothes I selected and my thoughts on them. I loved each and every piece that I ordered and hope this brings you some Spring Style Inspiration!

Happy shopping!
